ive called at least 100 different rescues and I have not had any luck in rehoming

Sharing hi.. ive called at least 100 different rescues and I have not had any luck in rehoming... my dad got evicted and should have left his house yesterday but stayed because he doesn’t wanna leave the dogs.. I was thinking the shelter but I was seeing that they don’t even accept owner surrender ship either? I don’t know where to take the dogs... my hands are tied I tried finding them a home but I couldn’t and I don’t know where to take them. My parents will likely have to come live with me my husband and my daughter we live in a small apartment and we have a dog already who is aggressive and not dog friendly. Aside from that it wouldn’t be a good place to keep 2 large dogs, they would not be comfortable I also wouldn’t be able to afford taking care of them... I need helping finding a place to surrender them. Thanks. (3 years old) Black/brown dog: Terrier/Shepherd Mix (Lucas): He’s very sweet, a bit territorial, but very family friendly and kid friendly. Smart, playful, and a leader. (3 years old) My phone is Dogs are not vaccinated, not crate trained not trained on a leash
