911 EMERGENCY ASAP DOG NEEDS HELP DOG NEEDS HELP 911 EMERGENCY Houston Texas 77078 NEEDS RESCUE or FOSTER ASAP This is a please LOOK closely. Finder writes: "" Hello Dale. Its two dogs together but I only want the female trapped to be able to take off what looks like a lid to a container around her neck. I will also pay for her to be spayed. I’m a mail carrier and i feed alot of dogs daily on my route after that I would have nowhere for her to go. It looks like a lid to a container to me I’m trying to find someone to hold her until she recovers from her spay surgery. Then I will release her back I really don’t know how i’m going to do this. I really hope she will be ok on a leash when I take her to get spayed I have never done this with a stary dog. I have done only TNR with my neighborhood cats I just couldn’t stand seeing her that way anymore and started reaching out for help. I was willing to pay for someone to take care of all this."" ((I will be trapping this baby Sunday until we find someone to hold or foster or rescue as the finder cannot hold. If we find someone I will trap ASAP))
