Can anybody foster Tiger for a month, I can provide supplies to foster, I don’t want to send him to a bad rescue and his owner is a young girl very heartbroken because she cannot take her kitty with her. I’m not here to judge the father or the girl, I’m here to help Tiger. The girl will be very happy to see her kitty loved by someone else.
