Please share 🙏 $1000 reward...my sweet Meadow was lost following a accident I had on i10 at mile marker 68

Not my accident, don’t know the dog, sharing to help this young lady get the word out & find her dog. Apparently they were separated in a car accident on the i10 🥺🫣 The dog survived the crash, but where is he? Someone HAS to have seen him.
