He went missing /9th in Buckeye AZ

Hello everyone. I am looking for Theo. He went missing October 8/9th in Buckeye AZ. He was involved in a car accident and ran away from the crash site between mile marker 100-110. Any details to his where abouts or sightings would be helpful. He is not chipped but has a collar. Update: his whereabouts are outside of the buckeye municipal airport and south palo verde road last seen in that construction zone
