Took in a stray that was dumped in my neighborhood about a month ago

Took in a stray that was dumped in my neighborhood about a month ago... He was starving and limping and I have a heart for animals, but I can't keep him. Reason being I am a single mother and cannot afford his vet care nor the risk of losing my birds. He continues to chase after my ducks and chickens that free range, just wanting to play as he is a happy puppy. I chain him up and he gets out of the harness. It's a lot of strain for me especially working full-time taking care of kids and my grandson while maintaining all my animals. I've tried so many different rescues and nobody is willing to take a stray. I don't want him to go to a shelter. Please if somebody can help give this boy a wonderful home it would be greatly appreciated. My daughter named him Diesel. He knows how to sit and responds to his name. I've been working with him, training him as it's apparent that he was abused. He is kennel trained as well. Located in Cleveland Texas, he has had zero vet care. I'll be happy to bring him to you within a 30 mi radius, as long as he gets a wonderful loving home. Good with kids very loving
