Found him, frankly one of the best behaved dogs I've ever seen

Sharing Found him today, frankly one of the best behaved dogs I've ever seen. Not neutered, no microchip. Found him on 32nd St and McDowell. Does he belong to anyone?? He was in the middle of the road during rush hour. He rode in my car easily, was super unbothered by other dogs at the vet, walks without a leash and doesn't stray too far/comes right back when called. He was filthy when I picked him up and he let me give him a bath with no problems. If no one claims him I really really want to rehome him to someone, he's a perfect dog and I would hate to see him go to a shelter
