FOSTER/RESCUE IN NEED FOR THIS PUP THAT WAS DUMPED Update: I went by checked on the dog & got clarification that dog was actually dumped in a cage near a dumpster, and neighbors let him loose & found comfort in a neighbors apartment in her plants, he is a boy, he’s sweet and loves to be touched, you can tell he wants to play but it is a little scared. Any rescue or foster that can help? Somebody dumped this sweet young pup at someone’s porch Houston tx 77067
