Looking for Rescue/foster my friend says this puppie comes to her house but he doesn’t have an owner he is roaming around she is afraid he will get killed. She can’t keep him because she already has dogs. Located at 77545. She can hold him until help is found

For everyone's safety, meet in a public place and never send money to strangers to recover a pet. Verify anyone who claims a pet before arranging a meeting.
