UPDATE!! The chip company and the vet has tried multiple times to get a hold of the registered owner. We have not gotten a reply. I took him in for a check up this morning. He is an excellent body condition, but has two severely infected ears with both yeast and bacteria. One of the ears was so badly infected that it was completely closed. They packed both ears with medicine put him on steroids and we went ahead and gave him a rabies shot just in case. We also found out that he is 4 1/2 years old, but his chip has not been updated with any information in over a year and a half. We will continue to love him and make sure that he is safe, and hopefully he has someone who is missing him and will find us.  FOUND My husband is working near Bush Intercontinental, they saw what appeared to be a homeless man walking this dog tied to a black plastic bag. He stopped outside of a store, untied the bag and walked away, leaving the dog. The dog looks well cared for and is extremely friendly. We are curious if anybody is missing him or if he could have been stolen. My husband is bringing him home because we are not going to leave him on the streets
