Where's Ryder (Yakima, WA) My pal has been missing since

Where's Ryder (Yakima, WA) My pal has been missing since July 4, 2025. His name is Ryder. Best dog I ever had - now with someone else keeping him. $1,000 reward. His left eye has a unique brown spot. He is neutered and has gray/white whiskers around jaw. Loves to play fetch. Chip number ends in *7F3A. Top of his back comes to mid calf on an adult. He needs a hero now. "I will never give up Ryder. I love you." This coming Halloween will be Ryder's second one away from home. Keep an eye out for him. Thank you so much. Someone has him that lives around Southgate Thriftway area near 3rd Ave and Nob Hill. If you know someone who acquired a small black dog since 7/4/2025, it could be him. Check his left eye to look for that spot shown in the image
