Lost Parrot by White Oak between Sherman Way & Vanowen Hi I'm Lili

Lost Parrot by White Oak between Sherman Way & Vanowen Hi I'm Lili. I live on Jellico between Vanowen and Hart. My parrot flew out of my home and now he is lost. His name is Charlie. He has a little bald spot on the top of his head as of right now. He is also getting in new feathers and the old ones are coming out, so he's gonna be looking a little rough. His beak has a distinct ridge on it, you can see it on one of the photos. That's how you can tell mine apart from others. I'm very heartbroken. Please if anyone sees a random parrot like mines contact me. Thank you your help is greatly appreciated
