Heights area, hard to tell if the cat is a stray but is well fed

Heights area, hard to tell if the cat is a stray but is well fed. Crying and following me but doesn’t seem hurt and looks like it may have been wearing a collar at some point due to an indent in the neck fur. Let me know if anyone is looking for their cat!
