🆘JUSTICE FOR EAST VALLEY CHAKA! SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO DIE!! 🆘 CHAKA #A2294887 Last Day to Save: Sunday 11/1 Euth Date: Tuesday 11/3 2 year old Chaka is why I love dogs. There is nothing sunnier than spending time with this sweet girl. It never ceases to amaze that no matter how much a dog may have endured, she still has an endless capacity for love. Pure love. Chaka was surrendered by her owner because of a move. She was used for breeding before that, over and over—at age 2, I can’t imagine how many litters she has had. She came into the shelter terrified & was immediately catchpoled. Repeatedly. Chaka hid in her cubby, so scared, but some asked to have her reassessed. To give her time & see how she does. Chaka has nothing but good notes out of her kennel now. She is tolerant in playgroup with a gentle/dainty style & is something of a mama dog. She’s learning to play fetch + basic commands. Most of all she is BEYOND affectionate. Loves people. Loves love. Chaka has a little bounce in her step & a broad grin on her face when she sees people she knows. Pure delight. She barks some in her kennel when she sees her people, excited to say “Hello, come take me out & play!” We cannot allow this to be the end for sweet, young Chaka. She opens her heart, willing to be vulnerable again & again, no matter how many times this world has disappointed her. We cannot allow it to disappoint her a final time, not when she has so much beauty in her soul.
