Two newlyborn kittens were found dead at the feeding station 2 months ago - one was chopped into pieces

Two kitties have been dumped near the dumpster area in Van Nuys - bleach, acid thrown at the cats! HELP NEEDED! Yesterday I spoke with the guy who feeds the cats there. His name is James. He told me the following — The security guard witnessed someone from an SUV type vehicle throw this tuxedo cat out of the window 5 months ago. It was a small kitten then. - The black fluffy one was dumped sometime after the tuxedo was. - The dumpster enclosure where the tuxedo stays gets cleaned with chemicals. - One of the cleaners told the feeder that another worker pours bleach on the cats. He has told him he couldn't wait for his next shift to do the same to these kitties. - Another adult cat was recently attacked with acid. His tail has melted off and his legs and testicles have burned. It's a miracle the cat is still alive. - Two newlyborn kittens were found dead at the feeding station 2 months ago - one was chopped into pieces. I am horrified! I'd like to get help for these 2 kitties right now. I can help with trapping and transporting only. I have the feeder's contact if more information is needed. Please help!
